Been a Ford family for 30 years...great trucks, even bought a few from Landmark...always treated pretty fairly in sales....SERVICE IS ANOTHER STORY!!! LOUSY, CONDESCENDING, DISHO...

Very quick visit to get small repair on new car and pick up new plates. Barely got seated in the waiting room and logged in to the WIFI and my car was ready. more

Great Customer Service 7/30/2015

This is the 3rd time I have brought \r my MKZh in for misc service or recalls that Tony was my servic person. Everything ( and then some) was taken care of in a timely and friendly way. He is one of the best service person I have had the pleasure of knowing. more

Good Deal 7/10/2015

Kent was able to narrow down very quickly, which vehicle would suit my needs. He went out of his way to make us comfortable while waiting for paperwork to be processed, never leaving us wondering what was going on. We never felt pressured in any way, and I appreciate being able to get into a new car after just purchasing one 9 months prior from Subaru. more

Nate and the brown team take very good care of me. I hit a large rock on the freeway that blew out my tire and wrecked my wheel. Nate was able to order both and get me on the way without too much hassle. I appreciate and the brown team greatly. more
