The only good thing that can be said about this place is that it is nice and they have a neat playground. They treated me like I was a piece of crap once they saw my credit score....

First time visiting your Norman Store. Greeted by Mitch Lumbar, he was very knowledgable about the car I was interested in, drove my grandson and myself to that exact car!!! I was excited to find the crossover SUV I've been dreaming about!!! The store was nice and cool, it was warm outside. Comfortable wait area. Everyone was very professional. Except the ""DETAIL DEPT."" It took a couple of hours after we set down with finance to get the vehicle detailed. It appeared to me that someone had pushed a friends vehicle ahead of the Equinox. Which I considered very unprofessional behavior. I would venture to say that DETAIL DEPT is not well ran as New Car Sales Dept. The DETAIL DEPT let down the entire team. more

The dealership was very busy on a beautiful Saturday afternoon, so it took longer than I had hoped. We had done our research beforehand and already knew what we wanted. The vehicle had bad hail damage, so they will repair it at a later date. more
