First time visiting your Norman Store. Greeted by Mitch Lumbar, he was very knowledgable about the car I was interested in, drove my grandson and myself to that exact car!!! I was excited to find the crossover SUV I've been dreaming about!!! The store was nice and cool, it was warm outside. Comfortable wait area. Everyone was very professional. Except the ""DETAIL DEPT."" It took a couple of hours after we set down with finance to get the vehicle detailed. It appeared to me that someone had pushed a friends vehicle ahead of the Equinox. Which I considered very unprofessional behavior. I would venture to say that DETAIL DEPT is not well ran as New Car Sales Dept. The DETAIL DEPT let down the entire team.
