The receptionist Lucy is very friendly, answers all my questions and responds in a timely manner if I call. Landa Cosmetic is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. I have had 5 treatments, and I am happy with the results thus far. Gabriela always asks if there are any particular stubborn hairs that I want her to focus on.\r \r I have always been able to get an appointment when I want it, and they have been very flexible when I have had to change the time.\r more

I just finished my second laser hair removal appointment and I am thrilled with the results. I was nervous about how the procedure would work but the setting as well as Dr. Landa's consultation made me feel much more comfortable. Even after my first appointment I saw great results and now I am trying to decide what area to do next!! more

I recently purchased a Groupon for an Endermologie treatment. Best feeling ever! When I left the office afterwards, I felt fabulous. I even lost 2 lbs. I will definitely come again and recommend to everyone. more

I bought a Groupon for Landa back in May for 4 Micros. It was a good deal and I figured at the worst I would get some help for my breakouts. Not only did they help with my acne but with the treatments I was given even my scars have improved. The staff is excellent and very accommodating even when I'm running late. After each treatment I feel refreshed and relaxed. My Groupon ended in June but I still continue going to Landa because they are good at what they do. Highly recommend them! more

My Fiance gave me a gift certificate to go to this spa. I do not like to keep up with my ""Beauty"". But i must say ever since i started working for a landscaping company my face became broken out and dirty. When i came here every one was friendly and made me feel welcome. My face has been ever so clean and i feel like it looks even better then before i started landscaping. Ive been going there often and even tell my guy friends I am not ashamed. I really recommend this spa. more

So let me just start off by saying that I love to go to spas but i never went to really help resolve a problem with my skin, it was all for just pampering. But I gave birth to my 1st son about 12 months ago and one of the ""Great"" perks of pregnancy was the changes in my skin. : (...I ended up with discoloration of my skin around my mouth and was very upset with the way it looked. I was embarrassed to go out and I would load on tons of makeup to hide it. Going here changed everything with me they have reduced the dark spots alot! Ive done the micros and peels, and the girl who did them was so knowledgable and very kind. I've recently started doing photorejuv. and omg this treatment works wonders! ...I love this place ..the receptionist is very nice and helpfull and So is Gabriela Landa. more

There was no information anywhere on the procedures and medical advice/warnings. When the receptionist finally got off her computer she gave me several forms to fill out acknowledging I had been given materials and advice on the procedure, and was agreeing to follow the post procedure regimen/instructions. I asked the receptionist for the information, but there was none. I was told it would be explained to me when I got into the procedure room (a half hour later). The paper from the prior client was still on the table, all rumpled, the aesthetician did not use gloves, I did not see her wash her hands, and I'd be willing to bet the machine had not been sanitized. I asked to have everything explained to me, and only then discovered several things I would have to follow after the procedure, including using their expensive, chemical-laden products. When it was time to leave, I asked what the charges were for. The receptionist rattled off some things (they all have heavy accents and it is hard to understand what is being said). I paid with a credit card, and asked for a receipt for the services. All I got was the credit card slip showing the total amount. What kind of ""doctor's office"" professional place operates like this?? I see my doctor tomorrow for the blisters that have shown up on my face and back, and I am praying they are not a staph infection. more

This is not a spa. It's an ancient outpatient clinic. Very dated, uncomfortable, sterile.\r \r I bought a Groupon for multiple micro-dermabrasions. I've had them before so I know what to expect. The treatment was lame and the woman, I assume the owner, tried to push add-ons over and over again. She said I wouldn't get results unless I bought this or bought that.... It was uncomfortable to say the least. I felt like it was a scam and the treatment itself was not high quality. \r \r Although the package I paid for was for 6 treatments, I never went back. I'd rather waste the money I spent then go back. \r \r I'm guessing the positive reviews here are by friends or employees. But don't listen to my review. Go there and see for yourself. I only advise that you don't purchase anything until you get there. more

I did not know what to expect when I first entered Landa Cosmetics after purchasing a groupon for laser hair removal. \r \r I have been numerous places for Laser Hair and hands down Landa Cosmetics has by far the best state of the art technology. \r \r I am honestly amazed by the results and have not seen these quick results from any other facility. Not to mention they are always running amazng specials and deals. more

I tired Landa Cosmetic for laser hair removal when I saw them on Groupon. I was nervous about the treatment and the Dr. Landa made me feel very calm and explained to me what the treatment was like and how to care for my treated area afterwards as well as how to prep my skin before the next appointment. I have since purchased more laser sessions for other areas and I couldn't be happier with the service and results I have received. more

The staff is very friendly and when I arrived the wrong day they made time to see me so I didn't have to drive all the way home and come back the next day. The owner does try to sell you things but you have to remember that is her bussiness. I am happy with my results do far. more

I am so happy with the results I am achieving at Landa Cosmetics and Spa! I have been visiting many different spas for years trying to erase the scars on my face. After my first appointment at Landa Cosmetic and Spa I started noticing results!! These results are getting better and better with every visit!! I have never had better results from any other spa. The staff is absolutely amazing - so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. And also as an extra benefit, they have there own amazing skin care line. I have purchased many of the Landa Cosmetics products and have been more than satisfied with the results. more

First off, I'm soo surprised by the bad reviews below, this place is amazing - my skin and body hair has never been better!! And just to clarify things, she is an aesthetician, the doctor is her husband who does Botox and fillers. Acne - I've had acne ever since I was a teenager and cvs products haven't done anything. The products from Mrs. Landa have made my skin look so much better that my friends have even been telling me so. Laser hair removal - I do laser on my arms, underarms and face and I am honestly amazed by the results. My hair has gone from thick and coarse to thin and growing a lot slower AND its pretty much painless! And, contrary to the reviews below, she is NOT careless. I've NEVER had a bad experience there and am just utterly surprised by the reviews below because they all treat me very well whenever I go. Thanks so much Landa Cosmetic and Spa for making my face and body look great!! more

This is the most horrible place I've ever been to in my life and whatever I say will sound as if I'm exaggerating but the truth is: this place is not a spa, it's only a doctors office. The doctor( who's an aesthetician) is the rudest person I've ever met in my life! Ignorant and careless, she had a bottle of wash on the sink , which she grabbed off my hand and placed in a cabinet and asked me to use the cheap liquid soap. She also cut my skin so bad with a shaving machine and I started bleeding. She never looks when she provides a laser service !!! It seems she's very unprofessional !!! I went home crying from the horrible service I had! I can go ahead and keep saying more about that day and what else she told me but I'd like to throw it behind my back! As long as I never ever go to that place again!!! more

The doctor is extremely rude and unfriendly to her paying customers. She went on a rant yelling at me that I was late (5 mins and I called twice letting them know), she made me wait 30 minutes every single time I have been there. She only cares about herself and not pleasing her customers. During laser hair removal services, she is careless, not watching what she is doing. I would never go back there and I suggest no one else does as well. more

Reviewers are right, this is not a spa, as it looks more like a medical office of an extremely rude doctor. \r While I am not sure of the quality of the treatment yet, I have to share that Ms. Landa is very rude to her customers and is never on time. I was yelled at for making her wait for 5 minutes while she was late to her appointments both times I've been there. She is also trying to upsell you on every possible occasion with products. I would not come back there due to a very poor service and would not recommend going. more

O.M.G i'm shocked right now, by this bad review, i've been going to Landa Cosmetic & Spa for 6 years now, and i've always had an outsdanding experience. Right now i'm doing Microdermabrasion treatment and i'm really happy with the results i'm having, the staff is very friendly and helpful, they really try their best to understand my needs, their products are amazing,the Spa is very well done, well maintained, the atmosphere is very relaxing,i look foward every day for my next appointment. I just have to thank everybody at Landa Cosmetic & Spa for keeping up their excellent work over the years, and for making us unique and special.I trully recomend Landa cosmetic & Spa to anybody that is looking for a great experience,good price,awesome spa and cosmetic treatments.
