The worst part of the story happens to be, now, since I was lied to in the beginning about them being a licensed Movado dealer, and THEY WERE/ARE NOT....I have to pay out of pocke...

Good: Have used Lances Jewelry before, and this time was another exceptional experience. I called at 8:30 in the morning to see about getting a watch battery replaced. I was expecting to be told a time when they opened, but instead was told to come up there even though they were closed and knock, and someone would help me. I was floored. Tripp came to the door and replaced my battery while I waited outside. Astounded, I asked him his name so I could thank him. I would recommend Lances Jewelry to anyone.. more

The BEST in Greater Atlanta Area 5/18/2010

As a retired antique and estate jewelry dealer, I still do a tremendous amount of business with Lance and his knowledgeable staff. Over the decades he has designed jewelry for me and my clients, remade jewelry, and literally found some very difficult things for me. Their selection is excellent, the quality is above reproach, and the service is wonderful. Lance White is a definite asset to the greater Atlanta area. HORRIBLE, AWFUL, LYERS!!! 12/15/2008

The worst part of the story happens to be, now, since I was lied to in the beginning about them being a licensed Movado dealer, and THEY WERE/ARE NOT....I have to pay out of pocket $200.00 to Movado to have them fix my watch that only needed a battery replaced in the first place. Because they are not a licensed Movado Dealer, LANCE"S JEWELERS VOIDED MY WARRANTY WITH MOVADO BY TAMPERING WITH MY WATCH AND IN THE PROCESS RUINED THE MOVEMENT, FACE, AND BACK. more

Beautiful Jewelry and Great Service 9/3/2005

I got my wedding ring designed and made at Lance's. The service and quality was impeccable. I described what I was looking for and they drew pictures for me to choose from. Then after I selected what I wanted, they made a wax mold around my engagement ring and let me see if before casting the ring. The work was very good and my ring is completely custom and unique. They also have beautiful jewelry on display there. My mother has been a customer there for years and highly recommends Lance. more
