Highly Recommend 3/2/2011

When I take my vehicle to Lancer Service I'm consistently impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, and overall experience they demonstrate. I've been having my vehicle serviced there for about 7 years, and each time I feel extremely relieved that I have a team of mechanics who I know I can trust. Not only is their knowledge and ability impressive, but their customer service is exceptional. Each employee at Lancer takes the time needed to make you, as the customer, feel comfortable. The level of overall service is impeccable and I highly recommend taking advantage of what they have to offer. more

Surprised and disappointed 1/8/2009

After reading the good reviews I was surprised, but Lancer overshot their estimate significantly, did not phone for authorization before hand, and surprised me with the huge bill when I went to get the car. They were defensive and unapologetic about it. Hopefully a fluke, but beware... more

Too Pricey 9/29/2005

We took our truck into Lancer when we needed an immediate repair, in order to go on a trip. They completed our repair on time, but it was pricey. We have friends who go there religiously with their vehicles- and they are maintained nicely- but for the amount of money that they have paid would buy them a new vehicle every five years. more

Knowledgable and Very Friendly Service 7/12/2005

The folks at Lancer's are the most knowledgeable and friendly auto mechanics I've ever encountered. It's one of the only auto related businesses where I can honestly leave without feeling like I've been ripped off. They keep great records of the work they've done on my family's cars, have an easy to use drop box for late night drop-offs, and consistently come in within their quoted estimates. I first started going to Lancer's when I lived in St. Paul a few years ago. Since then, I've lived in St. Louis Park and Minneapolis, but still make the trip whenever I need more than an oil change. more
