I wanted to take a quick minute to comment on the experience i had about 1 month ago with Lcf and (( 1 )) person for sure and that person being my salesman . He knew alot about the truck that i bought from him and i am a business owner in MI and my wife and i drove over 13 hours to buy a truck from Lcf without ever seeing the truck in person i found it on ebay and that is when i decided to call your store and talk with the most upfront salesperson that i have ever talked with in my life and for what its worth i buy normally 2-3 vehicles a year for personal use and i will say that COLE FISHER knows his stuff when it comes down to dealing with the Ford lineup i bought a customized ford f350 black ops edition from him & traded in my 2011 dodge diesel i will say that i love the ford alot better then the dodge i traded and want you all to know that cole did a wonderful job during the entire process and has called on me a few times to make sure i was enjoying my new truck that in itself means alot to me sale is final and he is still checking in on me !!!! more

Brought a brand new truck to me on the lot when it had just been brought from the car washers. The water hid the dent in the door. It also had large scratches that were hidden by the water. Although they don't deny this, they nor Ford Motor company will do anything to correct this problem leading me to believe that it was a conspiracy from the beginning. I will never set foot on the lot again. Cons: Beware!!! more
