We had a HORRIBLE experience with this company. Company overcharged us, we left the lot with a vehicle that didn't make it 2 miles down the road. I called to leave a message with the owner; my call was never returned. I then called the service station to discuss options on payment and ended up having to hang up due to Brian yelling at me over the phone. They were extremely rude. Will NEVER go here again. more

My experience with Lance Cunningham was very pleasant . I am a 71 year ole female and I tend to be somewhat cynical when dealiing with car salesmen as they sometimes come across as trying to take advantage of women. However, the folks at Lance Cunningham did not at any time make me feel inferior. I was greeted by name each time that I entered the showroom. High pressure tactics were not used to sell me a car. This is by far the most pleasant car buying experirnce that I have ever had. I will definately recommend Lance Cunningham Ford to my friends. more
