Overall was a good experience. I understand you are a business trying to make money but fair is also a good option. I think the car was somewhat competitively priced. The process was very slow though. It took forever to get things done. Russell was as nice as ever. We had not eaten all day and he brought his own snacks to share while we waited. more

great deal 4/4/2014

I had come in to look at a Fiesta or a Focus. I wanted to see how much difference there was between the 2 cars and to trade in my 2011 Hyundai Elantra. Rob was really knowledgeable about the vehicles and I found the car I was looking for. Thank you to all that helped me purchase the car. Rob, Steve, and Bruce were all great to work with. more
