We've found our Vet! 10/5/2012

Good quality care. The Doctor actually takes time to play with the pet after the exam. My granddaughter is watching the series, 'All creatures great and small' and has said she wants to take our cats back to 'James Herriot'. We love the separate entrances for dogs and cats and the homey, traditional feel of the place. No modern decor needed (or missed) here. A place we heartily recommend! more

Caring veterinarian your pets will prefer 7/30/2011

Dr Bob is the Vet my pets prefer! When my furry kids need help, Dr Bob's gentle and caring manner, put me at ease....and relax my pets as well. He is thorough and spot-on in his diagnosis, and gentle on your pocket-book. You won't find you are paying for new paneling and slick state of the art gadgets, just good old fashioned care, your pets will prefer. more

We left and will never come back. 2/26/2008

From the first visit I was displeased with this place. They have carpeted exam room and wood paneling. The whole place has a totally 70's vibe, which is not what I want for of my pets medical care. I will say the staff was pleasant and the prices were good but the doctors were painstakingly slow and uninformative. Our first visit, he barely touched our dog except to pet her. Didn't look in her ears or mouth. Didn't offer any tests of any kind. It just felt like pulling teeth to get them to do anything. We had to ask for things to be done! When our other dog was neutered there we were less than happy with the aftercare procedures. I had to research things on my own and try to get answers from the docs about it. We suffered through them a few more visits but eventually found a better vet. I was not impressed at all. more

Great place to bring your pets 8/4/2005

This veterinary clinic is right off of Steilacoom Blvd. It is kind of tricky to get to as there is no way to make a left turn if you are not going the right way. It is worth the tricky roads though. The vet is amazing and handles all problems and concerns. My cat was not too pleased to be here but I was happy to see her well taken care of . I would recommend this office to anyone. more
