The onsite staff is friendly and great. I managed to stop up my fiances tub drain over memorial day weekend and they had someone come out on Memorial Day to fix it. They even left us a gift of various cleaning supplies, housewares and toilet paper when my fiance first moved in. The apartments are super affordable for the square footage you get. They're a bit older (late 60's early 70's) but well maintained. You're only 10 mins from both downtowns and I'd have rated the location higher other than half of the apartments look over 694. They've got double insulated windows that cut the noise down considerably though. I do recommend it if you're looking for a decent place on a budget. Pros: cheap Cons: older, management is bad more
