I have been a patient for a couple of years. When I visited Debbies office to get an eye condition looked at I did not hold out a lot of hope as I had seen several other eye Dr. with no success. Debbie diagnosted the issue I have and provided the correct remedy along with a great pair of new glasses. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any of my friends. Simply said, she does what she says, does not beat around the bush and provides great service. She also checks with me to see how things are going and encourages me to continue doing the right things for my eyes. Go see her you will not be dissapointed. more

I don't know who wrote the negative review, but he's got the wrong practice. Dr. Deborah Moon and her staff do not wear scrubs, nor do they misrepresent themselves. They've been taking care of my family for 10 years, and I wouldn't go elsewhere. I have the upmost confidence that my family will be well taken care of. In the one event I had eye surgery, to get lens implants, I had complete confidence in the opthamologist to which Dr. Moon referred me. Oh, and she's also a glaucoma specialist. more

Dr. Moon and her staff are so efficient and warm. Every appointment I never have to wait long, the service and smiles makes me feel right at home and comfortable. I leave in a better mood than what I came in with. The thing I love most of all is that it doesn't feel like a doctors office. Everyone is dressed in everyday street clothes which takes away from a doctors office atmosphere and provides a setting where the staff knows you personally. They all attempt to have their patients walk into a positive and uplifting atmosphere. I always feel taken care of and my concerns are complete by the time I leave. I asked one time why everyone was always so happy and uplifting. The answer from the staff was that Dr Moon provides for not only her patients care at a high integrity level but also her employees. I am a Plano resident who has been a patient of Dr. Deborah Moon at Lakeside Vision and Optical for well over five years now, and I could not be more satisfied. Dr. Moon is far and away the best optometrist I have ever seen. She has approached every one of our appointments with a friendly attitude and a professional demeanor. At no time -- not once -- have I ever felt rushed or confused or pressured. She takes the time to clearly explain everything, and she has never pushed me to purchase anything. I have used Lakeside Vision for the last 9 years. I have tried the corporate eye places but was never given the care I received at Lakeside. Once a patient at Lakeside, you are family. The Optomap digital retinal analyzer is used to view the internal eye structures, WITHOUT THE NEED FOR DILATION. This Doctor is so into herself its unbelievable. The other doctor who tried taking care of me after the first did not, was no better. The put out this website to make like they are 'physicians' but not really, they are optometrists. Yeah, they are doctors but walking around in scrubs? They are not surgeons!! So much for the fake look, all the smiles are out for one thing it seems, to try and sell you on there office. I am going back to my other optometrist and dont care if I have to pay out of pocket!
