My cousins posted the address and directions to my uncle's internment based on the internet address for the cemetery and masoleum, 507 Scott Street. On arriving at the address, there was only a funeral home, and no masoleum or cemetery. I entered the sales office to inquire directions. One sales person was on site, and on the phone. After making sure he saw me, I waited in the adjoining room for ten minutes, and brosed the brochures, hoping to find an address, and was unable to find one. \r

Concerned that I was missing the ceremony, I stuck my head in his office and quietly inquired ""can you give me directions to the cemetery?"" He looked up at me, then turned away. I left, and missed my uncle being placed in the ground. This was a very stressful time for me, and the staff made the experience more painful. Why not have the address, or directions, posted somewhere?
