Been taking my Mercedes here for a year and other cars previously to this. Never had a major concern and the service was always decent. Took my car in today and noticed some extreme scratching from a towel dry. I thought no problem I'm sure that they will fix it. I returned to let the manager know that in one area in the rear of the vehicle there was a lot of scratching that was obviously due to a dirty towel. His response ""I don't know what to tell you. We use microfiber towels and we wash them."" So I ask ""is it possible that maybe one towel had small amounts of debris that caused it to create all of these scratches?"" He proudly told me ""no"" and that they would do nothing about the damage. more

Happy Anyone who complains about this car wash clearly has not been to enough car washes in around here. This place is definitely one of my favorites....I would not give them 5 stars otherwise. Always make my car look brand new. more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! 10/14/2010

This used to be the best car was in town until it was sold earlier this year. The owner is always arguing with the staff or yelling at someone on the phone. It is extremely uncomfortable to be there. Now they decided they will no longer honor my pre-paid car wash coupons even though I proved to them I bought them by showing them my credit card charge for the book of 10 washes. What a rip-off. NEVER AGAIN will I use this car wash. more

Great Car Wash 6/3/2010

I have to say that this place did a really decent job on my car. Some car wash places just do not care to take the time and do a good job, I hate leaving a car wash and my car still being dirty. This place did a good job at taking the time to make it perfect. more

Decent car wash but... 11/22/2006

I'm not sure what the deal was, but after I got my car washed, my car wouldn't start. The staff tried to jump start it but I had to call my roadside assistance to have a towtruck come out. The lady behind the counter hasn't been the friendliest. more

Best Car Wash in Southern California 10/26/2006

I won't use any other car wash, I was hooked after the first time. A good tip is to become a regular customer and tip the nice guys that dry and detail your car, they will notice and your car will thank you for it. Wheter you have a nice and expensive car or a piece of s#!*, they will take good care of your car and make it look as good as it can, inside and out. The service, for what you get, is inexpensive, the wait is quick and they are even open on Sundays, but only until 2 pm. more
