Great Bike Shop 10/5/2010

I have only had a few experiences with Lakeshore Bike. Those few experiences have been great though. One employee was clearly busy working on a different bike but he took the time to analyze the problem on my bike. I dont know why people are saying crap about them because they are a great shop. more

Great local bike shop 7/11/2008

I was in the market for my first bike in 6 years. I had heard good things about Lakeshore Bike around town in Marquette and decided to check them out.\r \r Even though they were very busy someone took the time to ask me what I was interested in, what kind of riding I was going to do and actually discussed with me a solution. The service that I received when I bought the bike as well as afterward has been fantastic. If all companies took care of their customers this way they would be successful. more

I recently bought a bike here and found everyone to be very helpful. They took the time to adjust the bike for me and even loaded it into my car for me. more

Don't Bother 8/13/2005

In a college town like Marquette there are lots of bike shops, and after my experience with Lakeshore, I wouldn't bother going there again. The sales staff was rude and didn't seem to be interested in helping the customers. There are plenty of other bike shops in town where the staff actually like talking to people! more

I went in there to buy a bicycle, and the guy was really rude, he attempted to sell me a double suspension bike for a newbie which is not right, then he tries to rip me off on something else. prices suck, nothing special about htis place. more
