Lakeridge Dental

I have been a patient of Dr Snuggs for over 15 years. I have always found him to be above approach. His skills are excellent, as are his assistanats and staff. I couldn't think of any dentist being as kind and professional. His staff is the best, as well. They are friendly and very knowledgeable. The whole office is just wonderful. Couldn't imagine ever going anywhere else. I have had everything from routine fillings to emergency root canals. Every single procedure was done in an excellent way. Congratulations to a wonderful practice. more

I had a tooth that was giving me some pain while eating. I went to Lakeridge dental to get it fixed. I told the dental assistant which tooth was bothering me. She took x-rays. The dentist(Snuggs) came in and looked at my teeth for about 5-10 seconds. Then he asked me what I wanted done. I told him i would like to have the tooth filled. He said it was no way he could do that. he said the tooth had to be capped (which probably would not last a year) or could be extracted. I chose to have the tooth to be extracted. Here is the problem. I had assumed the assistant had told him which tooth was giving me pain. It was not the tooth that he pulled.I had paid $$$$ to get rid of the pain and now i'm still in pain and lost a tooth that was not causing me pain, plus I now have more pain and lots of bleeding. I worte mr. Snuggs a letter explaining what he had done. I received a call from a few days later saying that if I would come back in he could fix the tooth I went in to see him for more

i hate to give bad reviews, never in my?\r i hate to give bad reviews, never in my life have i given ONE. so you probably feel my frustration. \r \r about 3 months ago i had to get 3 fillings redone. they were relatively simple, or so Mr.Snuggs said (i'm not giving him the privilege of the title Dr. because he, is not even close) before getting it done, while getting my teeth cleaned the assistant accidentally dug out a previous filling, having me choke on it.. (also there's a drool sucker) they were too busy gossiping about other co-workers to notice my lovely drool rolling down my chin glistening in the sunlight, making me feel so... pretty /:\r \r anyway, i looked past all of that. i'm a forgiving person.\r \r we got to the drilling, he deadened my mouth, OR so i thought. he started on my left bottom, it wasn't numb at all.. i jumped and pushed my mouth out of the direction of the drill.. again, i forgave Mr.Snuggs. So 4 hours later, he was finished, my mouth was dead so i couldn't feel more

We've been going to Lakeridge for 8 yrs now! I wouldn't set foot in any other Dental office. Dr. Hiner, Snuggs and McNabb have always taken care of all of our needs and the staff is very friendly and more than willing to help out.\r \r We like the fact that we can see any Doctor because that helps us with our daily schedules and it eliminates having to wait to get into see the Dentist.\r \r As far as the Ortho goes, My 18 yr old has perfectly straight teeth and we were more than satisfied with the results. more

Please be aware that McNabb is not a board certified orthodontist. I was very unsatisfied with the quality of dental and orthodontic care I received during the time I spent as a patient of Lakeridge dental. There are many other more reputable and competent practitioners to choose from in Lubbock for your care. more

I do not like being shuffled between dentists. I did not sign up for treatment by committee. I'll never step foot in there again. I ddin't want to leave my orginal dentist, but for insurance purposes, I was forced to. I liked my orginal dentist, but on three separate occasions, me, or my family were seen by an associate. more

New and very clean family dentist office in south west lubbock. I've been there with my family and really like the staff and the hours of operation. They are open late during the week. This really helps me as I work all the way across town and it would be difficult for me to leave work during the day for a dentist appointment. Very fast and courteous work. I'll continue to visit. more
