I won't be back! 11/9/2011

My Insurance covered up to $350, they wanted an additional $230 out of pocke for single vision glasses, cheapest frame I could find in the store. $580 is way too much for a pair of glasses and the selection isn't great. The Exam was the only part that was above average. more

The folks at Lakeland Vision Clinic are always a pleasure. Expect quick, professional service always with courtesy and a smile. Service after the sale in my experience has always been WOW. I stepped on my glasses and was certain they were beyond repair. 15 minutes after presenting my damaged glasses to Lakeland Vision Clinic staff, i walked out with them back in shape as good as new... no charge! more

My husband and I came in for back to back appointments and brought our 18mo old daughter. Everyone remembered her and even spent time playing on the floor with her while I searched for new frames. It was great! Thanks Lady's! more

Dr. Chow is undoubtedly the best eye doctor I've ever had. He's thorough, precise, and really cares that he gets it right for you. Now, my daughter is his patient, as well. He's so patient and caring with her. His staff is qualified, friendly, and helpful, too. You can't go wrong walking into their office. more

Needed glasses repair 10/14/2011

Came in to see if some scratches I had from dropping my glasses could be buffed out some because they were interferring with my line of sight. Unfortunately, they couldn't but because of my warranty they promptly ordered me new lenses to arrive within 10 days. The service was friendly, helpful, prompt. Thank you. more

Professional and competent 10/13/2011

I've seen two different doctors at this practice and got great results from both. After years of big box store eye exams, the difference is phenomenal. I will not go the big box route again. My eyes keep changing due to age, but they continue to modify and tweak my prescription to fit my life. more

I have nothing but good thing to say about lakeland vision. the staff is very friendly and always willing to help you in anyway they can. when my glasses got broken they had my new ones here in less then 3days. more

"Vision" for service 10/5/2011

As a new member of the Lake Tapps community, it is important to me to find services and providers close to home. Lakeland Vision fits the bill. I was astonished to get an appointment the next day, and even more impressed with the diligence the office exercised to assist with insurance verification. The staff were all friendly and courteous, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I was finished with my appointment before I knew it, and out the door with my "sights" on clear vision. more
