Lake Union Mail in Seattle was our choice for a PMB mail service for over 13 years, until we moved away form Seattle, and our experiences were all extremely positive. We used them for all sorts of services: packaging, shipping, forwarding onward mail, requests for the best and most economic mailing alternatives, on and on. Jules, the owner, and the folks at LUM were always friendly, polite, professional, reliable, and a real pleasure to deal with. We really felt secure with all our mailing needs, and we had a lot of them. And it was also great to know that a small local business was making such a devoted effort to provide that kind of service. We miss them!
