I have purchased 3 Vans from Lake Norman Dodge. First let me say if you want a good price on a Dodge, then this is your dealership. If you want good follow-up customer service or good repair service then this is NOT the dealership for you. I have gotten a great deal on all 3 of my vans. But the follow up left a lot to be desired. I had problems with every one of the vans. Lake Norman Dodge was not willing to do anything about them. Nor help me get them fixed. Once you buy, no on cares. more
