It would be nicer to have some counseling on the emotional eating aspect of things, because people's brains have difficulty breaking the emotional tie to food. More resources on this would be very helpful. For example, eating when no one is around because you're bored. more

Weakest of Weeks 5/19/2013

Friendly, courteous and encouraging staff even on my weakest of weeks. No matter what, they are supportive. Despite my inability to continue the program for financial reasons, I was told to come back anytime with welcome open arms. more

Getting SkinnyTabulous 5/18/2013

I have always struggled with my weight, up down and down and up. Medi has changed my life, I was 317lbs when I started and I'm now 256, I still have along way to go but I know I can do it because the staff is AB awesome support system. more

Yes You Can 5/12/2013

I have had a very successful weight loss experience at the clinic. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. No one was ever judgmental if the scale didn't go down as much as it could have one week to the next...they were very encouraging instead! They try to helpyou feel good about yourself, even if you're not happy with your reflection in the mirror. I have brought in 6 other people who saw how successful I was on the program and decided to make the change for themselves. more

Medi-Weight loss IS truly the one that works!!! 5/2/2013

I am most impressed with the whole Medi-Weightloss program. I was able to lose 38 pounds in just over 4 months and have been able thru follow up appointments and lessons learned to keep it off. This to me is / a small miracle as I have tried for years to lose these pounds. This IS the one that works!! The staff, especially Belinda, are fantastic. They are always so wonderful and professional. Lots of ideas and advice. / I would highly recommend this and continue to recommend this to all who ask me how I did it. more
