Very Pleasant First New Car Buying Experience 5/17/2010

This was the first new car I ever bought. Was a little nervous. I was waiting for the high sales tactics. But instead It was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend Lake Manawa Kia to everyone.I had to come back for paint touch up and oil changes. The people who handle that was also very helpful and courteous. more

Lake Manawa Nissan Kia is my first choice. 5/10/2010

I am very happy with the Dealership. I have bought two cars from Lake Manawa Nissan Kia in the past and I love both cars. When I do decide to buy or lease my next car, you will be my first choice. With the economy as it is, it is nice to be able to have a dealership that has been around in the past and in the Future, that you can count on. more

Our experience at Kia was great. We would like to thank Dennis for turning us on to being a Kia owner. I now have my name on three of them. All the experiences have been great. The sales staff was great . We have had our Sedona for a week and we love it. We would recommend Lake Manawa Kia to everyone. We give them a 10. Your service department is great. more

Great Experience! 5/6/2010

Great experience buying from Marc at Lake Manawa Kia. They managed to get me the best price in a 5 state area on my new Forte, and made the buying experience easy. Marc Leonard was especially good to work with. I was very impressed with the informational videos he made for the Lake Manawa website, and at the dealership, he was able to display his extensive knowledge of every feature of the cars he was selling.? more

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! 5/4/2010

We have never had such a great experience buying a car in the almost 30 years we have been married, and that's a few car purchases. Our salesman, Russell Wardlow, was outstanding. In a business where the sales people sometimes enjoy a reputation just slightly better than a congressman, we had no trouble placing our trust in Russell. He was honest, forthright,pleasant,and engaging. We never felt uncomfortable with him. We also would like to extend our appreciation to the GM of Automart 150. We told him what we wanted, and he went the xtra mile to deliver it. I would, and will, recommend Automart 150 and Lake Manawa Nissan to anyone looking for a car. We couldn't be happier! more

I trust them completely 5/4/2010

Looking for service can be scary... but not at Lake Manawa Kia. When I brought my 07 Sedona in I was sceptical as to how I would be treated. They listed to everything I said and were very thorough. When they found out what was wrong I was called and given a breakdown of what was necessary. She called me several times to make sure that I was comfortable with what was to be done. The communication was exceptional and I was put at ease throughout the whole process. Even when they suggested additional maintenance that was needed, when I refused she was very complicate and not pushy! Jessica was great to work with and I was able to trust her completely!!!? more
