Best tea shop around! 4/1/2010

I have been going to Lady Di's since 2002. I am instantly relaxed when I step inside. The staff are always nice and friendly. I love going here for sandwiches, scones, and tea. Make sure to make a reservation if you're going for tea and/or lunch, especially on Saturday. Pros: Staff, ambiance, relaxation, food, tea Cons: Lack of seating more

A top class Brit establishment, by a Brit, for Brits (and other savvy Oregonians). 10/26/2008

As an old Brit I have shopped at this store for 15+ years. The current owner and staff are ""luverly"", friendly and oh so helpful (as was the prior owner). No store can stock everything that everyone wants but Lady Di's stock just about everything a Brit could desire (even that wonderfully sinfull Turkish Delight for Xmas). The bacon, whether it be Irish or Danish, is out of this world and I am really surprised my American friends are not rushing to outlaw this streaky ""stuff"" the supermarkets sell as bacon. The Tea Room side of the business needs no additional praise, just try it and you'll love it. Considering the costs of shipping and complications of importing, the prices of the goods for sale are very fair in my opinion. Pros: The current owner and staff.....wonderful folk. Cons: None really, unless you have to have multi storey parking. more

Lovely Slice of England 7/17/2008

This place lovely. I'm from Blackpool, England myself and it is like a little taste of my childhood for me. The owners and employees are all very personable and the prices are not as high as many import stores. I will surely come back again. more

Quality Slice of Great Britain! 11/17/2007

I take exception to the person disappointed by the selection here. They missed the point! Pros: Delightful ""visit"" to Jolly Old England more

It has Irn Bru!!! 12/30/2006

Sure this place may not have a wide array like World market but at World Market can you buy the really good stuff??? Pros: Made in Scotland from Girders...need I say more. more

Best selection of British goods and gifts I have seen outside of UK 12/7/2006

Lady's Di is a *must* visit if you're looking for anything which you miss from Britian from tea to toiletries, biscuits to packet sauces, sweets to cakes, jams to pickles. Right now, they have an amazing selection of Christmas goods (cakes, mince pies, crackers) etc. So delighted to discover a place like this in the area, it reminds me of a village corner shop in the UK. One of the positive things I noticed, the ""Best Before"" dates are far out (2007, 2008 and 2009 etc). I can't believe it has taken me 5 years to find this place! more

""Little"" is right 3/10/2006

Cost Plus World Market has a better array of British foodstuffs... this place definitely does not have a wide array. Grocery items are in area no bigger than a walk-in pantry, and many items had only one each on the shelf. Doubtful I'll go back. Cons: Expensive, Lack of Selection more

A little bit o' Britain 1/14/2003
