Let me start by saying I barely ever post anything negative about anyone but after all the time and pain (both physically and in the bank) that we have had to go through I felt it important. Also I know you have the option of going other places but I was more interested in the well-being of my wife (she's not big on dentists anyways) and not the financial aspect of all this. \r \r I am sure there are tons of people that have had pleasent experiences with LADD but I feel like it's as long as you have the ton of money to shell out then it's fine and great. \r \r My wife's story. My wife is a post bariatric patient who takes calcium suppliments to offset the loss in calcium. 5 years ago her teeth began degrading and was having problems. She began seeing Dr. Fraundorfer (sp) at the Greentown LADD office. First couple of teeth she had done but couldn't afford the crown. I appreciate the good gentle dental care I recieve here. I take my entire family to see the dentist at Ladd. They are very good about letting us know costs in advance. They bill our insurance. I have had great success with three emergency visits to this business. I am pleased with the appearance and cleanliness of this establishment. It is conveniently located and has ample parking. I don't feel I have ever waited an unreasonable amount of time to be seen. more
