The staff are very friendly, nice and well trained. Every time I needed something they were always very helpful and trying to make you feel good about yourself, especially Regina. I like that they always call me “sweety”. Dr. Lach is very nice and professional and tells me what is going on by showing me pictures of my teeth and explains everything. The whole team is excellent, they answer my calls promptly, are very caring, and I would definitely recommend work with them again and refer them to others. This is an excellent office, my smile looks amazing, and I could not be happier that I chose Dr. Lach’s office because they are the best. more

I had my braces taken off recently and I still can't believe how amazing the results are. I had a tooth growing sideways in the roof of my mouth and now it is straight along with the rest of my teeth. Dr. Lach was great and he really made everything so easy for me and explained all the procedures. The assistant was so nice to me also and really went out of her way to make sure I was happy. I would definitely recommend seeing Dr. Lach for any type of bracework that you need and he does all different types. Everyone i know in our area has their braces done by Dr. Lach because he is the best. Pros: Professional, knowlegeable, Honest, Caring Cons: Sometimes have to wait a little because he is so busy more

This doctor has lots of patients and from what I can see he does an amazing job. He is very popular at my son's school and has done a great job on most of his friends. He is very nice and tells you exactly what is going on in your mouth each step of the way. What I like best about Dr. Lach is that he supports our community and sponsored all of my son's sports teams. He really cares that you get the best care possible and took extra time for me when I needed it. The staff is really amazing especially Sandra who is so professional and caring. Dr. Lach was just great with my son. He made everything look so easy and was very gentle. His braces just came off the other day and his smile is just beautiful. The staff, especially Jenny, really try to make the visits fun and relaxed. The braces only took 13 months because this doctor uses these new braces that are more accurate than the regular braces and move the teeth to just the right spot. Dr. Lach did not require near as many visits as our other doctor and was able to get the job done right which is still amazing to me. The staff also worked with us with the payments and filed our insurance for us which made the finances manageable. This was nothing like the 3 year + experience my other son had up north a few years ago. This was so much easier!!!! Dr. Lach and his staff are great!!! My youngest son has just had his suresmile braces put in by Dr. Lach and this is our second time with a family member being served by Lach Orthodontics. My daughter had hers put on 4 years ago (regular braces) and when it came down for my 12 year old to start I didn't think twice about going back. The staff is great and they answered all my sons questions and addressed his fears. They could see that he was very nervous and took the time that he needed for the impressions and actually placing the braces on. I appreciated the time they took and know that we were the cause of some waiting for others, sorry:( more

I loved my son's patient manager and thought he would be in braces like my other friends for two or three years. In less than a year he was out and now he is ready for his prom pictures just like the doctor promised. Through this advanced technology in braces it was a snap and I actually had no complaints from my son. A sure recipe for disappointment. Beware of all the Suresmile hype - it looks so much better than it is in reality. They are still testing it and will use you as a guinea pig. Find ANY other orthodontist but this one - "Dr" Lach a sham! Pros: Absolutely none. Cons: The worst dental practice I have ever encountered. Avoid at all costs. more

My experience with this physician has proven every bit as frustrating as the brace itself. When I went in for the consultation, the physician seemed understanding and willing to work with me. I was not shown any appliance other than a set of plastic teeth wearing the Suresmile? braces (which were the type I wore). When the braces were put into my mouth, so was a much unexpected piece of equipment designed to broaden the upper jaw. It went across the tongue from left to right impeding my speech, causing severe (often painful) discomfort. I felt the staff made it appear as though I would only be wearing this for a period of a few weeks. When I went in for my next appointment (understanding that this awful contraption would be removed) I found out the physician prescribed that I wear this for a period of 8 to 9 months. I was outraged as this was not once brought to my attention (though in the following consultation the physician and patient coordinator repeatedly argued that of course I had to know because they tell everyone who needs this). I was refused a $2000.00 refund and in fact owed them money even though I felt I had been mislead into treatment. The physician left me out of my own personal care and denied refund though my teeth have 100% reverted back to their previous arrangement. I do not recommend this physician to anyone interested in being involved with their care. Pros: Appealing decor. Cons: Physician doesn't involve patient. more

I give my child's smile an A, what it took to get it, a C. Our experience at Dr. Lach's office is one of those that they were all great until you paid. We visited the office twice before committing and paying in full, over $4000. The first two visits were great, greated with a smile, people were interested in us, or should I say our money. Once we paid and attended the rest of the scheduled appointments, we were met with unsmiling faces, rescheduled appointments (without us being told they were rescheduled), late, late, and more late appointments. Like I said, my child's teeth look great, but the service was not so great. more

I went to see Dr. Lach, I am 26 and did NOT want braces-but continue to be self concious about my smile. I had a picture in my mind of years in braces - but thought I would have a consultation to see for sure. The doctor shared all the options he could offer me- then shared he had a new technology that could get me out of braces in at least half the time. We counted the months and I shared it would not work for me. I have my best friends wedding in May of this yr and did not want photos for a lifetime showing me in braces. He then calculated and stated if he promised to have my treatment done by may 1st would I be ready. I thought without hesistation Absolutely! Well My brackets went on the last week of October and I am getting debanded next week!! Can you believe it- it is almost to wonderful to be true 4 months and 5 visits and without pain or embarrassment. I have clear brackets and honestly it was the 13th day before someone asked me as a question not a statement. ""are you wearing braces?"" Lol I am so excited - you owe it to yourself to check this treatment out.
