I Have been a regular patient of Sandra. She has been so nice and sweet. She explains my procedure to me so I can understand what is going on. I hope whoever takes her place is the same. My teeth are straighter and there is more space for my new teeth. Salina helped with a billing issue that was no fault of us or you. more

I don't ever mind coming. Everyone is friendly. Even when the result is my mouth being in pain for a couple days it's still not a bad experience. Or when I forget to wear rubber bands etc. It's never degrading it's just a push to keep wearing them. Overall a nice experience when coming in for an appointment. more

Friendly staff. Usually gets in on time. Always asks if we have any questions. I like the recent notice of being able to schedule a consult with the doctor to stay informed of the progress. more

This office is very clean, friendly, accommodating and technologically advanced. I've been a patient in this office for a little over a year now and still haven't discovered all the different types of technology that the office has. It is also very kid friendly as they have a game system set up for kids to use. more

y review of ach orthodontist is ok. he lady that currently works on my braces is very nice and very helpful. y experience with r.ach himself is soso. just wish he would say hi or something when he looks at my teeth. feel like an animal being looked over, another kid he has to get through. just wish for a little more of a friendly experience with r.ach. h and never got my shirt just cause 'm 16 doesn't mean would like a justbraceit shirt haha hanks: more

his office is definitely geared toward kids and making them comfortable, but as a 29yearold find it equally pleasant. he staff is incredibly friendly and the office is run very efficiently. akes the overall experience quite painless. more

ery kind receptionist, excellent first impression 5 stars. y son has broken his bracket about 5 times and on average it takes 35 days to be seen for an emergency repair. y thoughts as a customer is that we should receive prompt attention and feel you are either short staffed or overextended with customers for timely service. y thoughts. eff trickle more
