I took my new door and my old door to have the hinge recesses milled to match. I marked both doors with my name tapes they provided, and handed them to one of their employees. This was on Monday, I was told that the milling gets done on Thursday. So they have my doors for 4 days to do what I would estimate to take 30 minutes or less. Whatever, I have to wait until Thursday to get my doors. After waiting until 1:00 pm on Thursday, I place a call to check on my order status. I was told that I was third on the list and that it would be about an hour before my door was finished, and was re-assured that the door would be done that day.\r
At 4:00 pm I have to place a second call to check my order, and was told that the door was not finished, but scheduled for the first thing Friday morning. This I consider to be unacceptable, I went to the office to cancel the order and retrieve my doors. Upon arrival, I am informed that they can't find my door, and ask me to come back in the shop to identify it. I found my new door, milled in the wrong hinge locations, and marked with another customer's name. This is irresponsible and inexcusable. This situation has yet to be resolved to my satisfaction.\r
I will never do business with this company again, and will make every effort to discourage my friends, family and acquaintances from doing business with them. \r
