Got through after business hours on 3/3/2012

Got through after business hours on Saturday for a dishwasher part. When I explained I was leaving on a trip for a week the next day (and the hot water I'd be in with the missus if I didn't get it fixed before I left), he called his employee and asked him to come back and reopen store to sell me the part - exemplary customer service. I live some 45 minutes away from Laabs, but even so, they have made a customer for life. Highly recommended. more

Always tell the truth 5/20/2011

Called on sunday and they were so helpful and even gave instrutions on how to repair my dryer. I don't know who wrote they were rude, but that could not be futher from the truth. I would have anyone that is in need of repair or they can ask and they will help fix-it yourself. I did and save over $100.00. This is the place to call for appliance help! more

Called everyone in the yellow pages and Laabs Appliance Parts And Service were the ones to tell me what they thought might be problem, and how to take Range Ignitor out, to have them test FREE! and even walked me though how to take out. I know were I'm getting my parts and if I do need service these guys are who I'm going with. Try Laabs Appliance once for help and hear for yourself how good they are. The Best.... more

Really Rude 9/19/2008

Tried to schedule a repair for a stove. I explained I bought an ignitor and it didn't work. They put me on hold, came back a few minutes later and told me to call the place I bought it. I tried to explain that I don't care about the ignitor, the place I bought from doesn't do service, only parts, I was headed out of town, and a tenant was moving in. I just needed service scheduled. He kept interrupting me and then hung up. When I called back he actually laughed at me and hung up. more
