Always willing to help and assist in getting the customer what best suites their needs, very personable and genuine. Down to earth and honest work without the manipulative attitudes I've seen at a lot of other auto places. I'm always very satisfied with the work performed on both my and my family's cars. The service history is not clear. It does not say I bought two (2) fusion tires. Six months from now I may not be clear looking back on the history??? Coffee should be offered to customers! I thought it was GREAT that they brought me home and then picked me up instead of waiting 2-3 hours. That was customer service. Anyone can sell tires what makes the difference is how someone feels when they enter your showroom. Business is competitive! God bless Paul more
