Do NOT send your kids here! Stay far away!Sara (the director) is the worst director we have ever come across. She claims she has been there for over a decade however, she does not know how to run the place. Our baby was in the infant room, the lost her belongings and are still not able to locate it, they let the babies cry for hours. The staff is straight out of highschool and does not have the proper training. They put the babies in swings and call it good. Our baby ate a total of 4 oz a day for a week (10 hour day) and they just said ""she didn't want to eat"" come to find out they didn't even warm up the breastmilk. Instead they just kept shaking the bottle (which you aren't supposed to do for breastmilk) and tried to give it to her cold. She was 12 weeks old! no baby will drink cold milk! Not sanitary, they don't have booties for people walking in with their shoes, they don't label the bottles like their supposed to. The whole organization is extremely unorganized. I wondered why the place was empty and Sara just advised that it's because it was summer break! Now reading the reviews, she lied. It's because no one wants to send their children there! Maybe they will get shut down which is the hope....If I had more time i would report them. Corporate should be aware as not all of the La Petites are like this which is why we were surprised. We are grateful we moved her when we did. We as parents feel bad we put our baby through two weeks of hell!
