Dont Call In Your ORDER 12/22/2007

I was ordering Christmas lunch for my employees. We chose Mexican. We chose La Fonda Latina. We chose wrong. Due to a misprint on their menu, the wrong location was called. We had to wait 20 minutes for our food to be delivered to the store we called (according to their menu). There is nothing more tasty than soggy, luke warm mexican dishes. The rice with chicken was horrible at best. We threw it away due to the foul flavor. The chicken was also under-cooked. Orders were all messed up. The presentation was absent. The garnishes were poor. The food not edible. Pros: there are other Mexican establishments around them Cons: They are still open more

Great cuban/mexican food! 3/16/2007

My husband and I love this casual restaurant- they have great chips and salsa, and delicious cheese dip. It's the first place I think of when we go out for Mexican-ish food. The atmosphere is good, and this location is really cool- just off of Little 5. Highly recommended. Pros: Great food and cool ambience Cons: Parking may be limited more

Best paella! 10/26/2006

The paella was excellent. The prices are great and so is the atmosphere. Casual and relaxed, with great food! more

nice place inside 7/20/2003

I visited the one in L5P and my experience was a wonderful one. Nice cozy decor inside that lends itself to a Spanish garden, with a waterfall and pond in the middle. The paella (sp?) was excellent and I would recommend it to anyone. It consisted of shrimp, sausage, calamari, peppers, and rice served in an iron skillet right on your table. My friend had a huge tastey quesadilla with shrimp, spinach, and cheese. The fare is considered as Cuban/Caribbean and it is a great value for your money. Inexpensive, real good food, and a relaxing atmoshpere, what more can one ask for? more

Comfortable 9/2/2002

This resturant was a very nice place. Although only two employees speak english, you can still make a good time out of it. The dress is less than casual, so you can wear whatever, and still feel fine! i recommend this resturant to people who want something different than ordinary resturants. Pros: Inexpensive, Patio/ Outside Dining, Service with a Smile Cons: Parking on the Street, One Bathroom stall, Too Small more
