Terrible Place to Live 11/11/2010

It was AWFUL!The rent is outrageous, and utilities can go as high as $150.00 in summer for your refrigerated air which breaks constantly. To get them to fix things requires frequent phone calls, I even had to write a breach of obligations letter to get things done. The stairways and hallways are DISGUSTING, the walls are thin, and the management is nasty at best. When you move out they try and nickel and dime you to death, and become just plain rude. There are much better places to live- keep looking. more

Many Problems 2/2/2009

I've lived at La Entrada (renamed from Vista Montana) for 5 years. The property was sold about 2 years ago and things started to go down hill. All utilities were included in rent prices prior to the new ownership but now are not included (rent did not go down). The buildings are about 35 years old and are really showing their age. There are frequent plumbing, AC/heating, and insect problems. Visits by APD are common to break up fights and to investigate vehicle theft and vandalism. The office staff and maintenance folks try very hard but are fighting a loosing battle at this property. I can't wait for my lease to expire so I can move elsewhere. more
