La De Da Lingerie

I went in to buy a long line bra for my wedding dress. I was rushed into a dressing room and not even measured. The sales lady based my size on the current bra I was wearing. She helped me find the best size for me but there was only one style to choose from. She kept saying that I could go home and try it on with my dress and see if I liked it. When I got home I didn't like it and went back to return it. Tags on and everything, I was told they would only give me store credit and not my $96 I paid for it. I didn't want credit as they have very limited choices of bras but requested to get my money back. They gave me some health code law reason about not being able to return which made no sense because I only tried the bra on and didn't take off the tags or anything like that. They then said that they just don't issue money back and this is listed on the receipt. However, this policy is not listed anywhere that is visible to customers. Don't shop here. If you still need a bra, go to Amazon and search for Dominique Style 8949 bra. It is the same and only bra they sell there and they swear it is the best but it's $20 cheaper on Amazon and you can always return it if you don't like it. more

I have tried on bras for hours before and never found one that fit. These ladies are amazing! They can just look at you and select the perfect bra! My first visit only took 15 minutes and 1 bra. It was perfect. Lasted me 9 months. I have recommended this place to several friends who all love it. They can fit any size and any budget. Completely recommend it. I went to La De Da Lingerie today as recommended to me by a friend. My entire life I've been a little bigger than average in the bust area, and had always assumed I was a 34 or 36 D. I was so wrong! The woman (who turned out to be the manager), was able to correctly size me without using measuring tape. Turns out I've been a 32 F this entire time. She brought me a few bras to try on, each fit perfectly and made my body look awesome! I picked one, and trust me, I will definitely be back again once I have the money. It's a little pricey, but from what I understand, these bras are high quality and will last much longer than any bra you get at Victoria's Secret if you take care of it. I've never said this about any business, but I'm telling everyone and anyone who will listen to me! You won't regret coming here! more

Just left La De Da Lingerie as another totally satisfied customer. Andrea, Charleen, and Brenda are just great to work with and very, very, professional in how they satisfied all of my needs as well as the other customers in the store with me. One longtime customer had flown in from back east for a doctors appointment and had come by the store just to purchase the special bras that she needed. She said that there was no store back east near her home town that could match the quality of the La De Da bras and other lingerie. more

I have been going to La De Da for years and God willing, I plan to go for many more! I am treated with first class there and Mrs. Andrea (aka - Mrs. Victoria) always knows just what I need! I leave there with my 'girls' feeling uplifted and wonderful! Actually, when I go for a new bra I am wearing bras that I have previously purchased there. I will have to say that I have purchased everyday and nice lingerie bras through out my years of going there, but about six months or so ago I went in there and Mrs. Victoria introduced me to a good sports bra and let me tell you, my girls are extra happy even while I am working out. So please, just go in there with great expectation because that's what you are assured to leave with and I should know because I do every time I go there. I live in Vegas and went on line searching for a nice quality,as well as name brand Post-surgical bra.. I can't thank Charlene enough,she made me feel brand new and took the extra time to fit me,she was kind, courteous,very professorial as well as made me feel like family rather then a customer.. ""I have read mixed reviews"" of La De Da Lingerie in Webster, Texas,but the few I seen compared to the over whelming well established women with several reviews had very kind remarks,And I paid no attentions to the rude remark's form 1 girl that I swear I seen her on all the review sites for clothing,so I kinda took that as over kill.. So I called before I left Las Vegas to see my specialist for a follow up appt,called first. and They were very warm,friendly and answered all my question on the phone. A good friend told me about La De Da and so I went. I will never shop anywhere else for bras. I love Charlene and Andrea they are so sweet and make you feel beautiful. I always walk out of there feeling good about myself and loving what ever I have bought. I don't think my daughter has ever been anywhere else to by a bra. I took my mother there one year for her birthday and she still talks about how great it was to get a bra that fits. I didn't know what a good bra perfectly fitted felt like until I went to my first fitting at La De Da. I haven't once gone in there knowing what I wanted and somehow they magically know what I will love. It is nice to shop somewhere where they know the meaning of good service. Revisited for the first time in several months and was reminded why I love La De Da! Charlene and Andrea are great and were so helpful. I didn't have much time, but described what I was looking for... in no time they had exactly what I came for. I don't like to shop and love it when someone is there to help me. I went to the 10 YR Anniversary Open house. There were No Door Prizes or Gifts As Advertised in the Hand Written sign in the front window. Staff was Very Rude! Including the Owner herself. I have Never been treated So Rudely while Shopping. Not to mention she rung me Up wrong after I explained to her exactly what I wanted, then it was a Bother to Refund my money & Ring me Up Correctly. I Will Never Go there again & I would Not recommend La De Da to anyone. They were just Not Customer friendly. more

I knew my bras were not the correct size, but didn't realize I was that far off! They do not measure you they bring you bras until you find your true size. The lady that helped me, I believe her name was Pam, was awesome. Yes, it is pricey but I feel like a new woman. They do offer some bras in the lower price range, I bought two, one from each price range. I love lingerie and could live in this store, beautiful things! You should go. more

I went to La De Da because my bras never fit and the straps always fell off my shoulders. I figured it was because I always bought them at Walmart and maybe if I got a ""good quality"" bra at a specialty shop my back would feel better. The lady rushed me through the process, insisted that my current bra was a ""death trap"" and Insisted i buy a strapless bra and a stapped bra. I dropped $180 on two bras and a special soap. After the first week my new everyday bra tore, so I exchanged it. After a month the back of the bra (where the hooks are) fell apart and now I cannot wear it anymore. I don't abuse my bras, i don't work out in them, I just wear hem. Anyway, I can get a bra at Walmart. more

This is my second visit. The first visit I bought a bra extender for another bra that never fit well. Well this time I said let's try one of their bras. Well I was in the wrong size (wrong everything). I now wear the Primadonna line bra. Yes-I know pricey but worth every dollar. I am a F cup and my bra is beautiful. I have never in my lifetime been supported this well before. My back no longer kills me and I look like I have lost around 20 pounds. I am receiveing daily complements from everyone that sees me. It is so nice to finally be comfortable in a bra. The staff that works there gives you individual attention they were wonderful. I am now hooked for life! (Get it hooked) I could not resist! I have been a customer for awhile now and have always receive the best service from all the ladies. They seem to really care and take pride in the service they deliver to each and everybody who walks in. They have always given me honest feedback on items that I am deciding to purchase even if it mean a lesser sale, which is rare these days. I highly recommend everybody who wants to wear the correct size bra to visit these ladies - Wearing the right bra can make your day ! I have shopped at La-De-Da several times and have even taken my granddaughters to be fitted for their Christmas gifts last year. I travel about 60 miles to get to their little shop through some beastly traffic but it is so worth it. I had been trying to find bras in department stores but they were terribly uncomfortable. I had been to another bra shop in the Galleria area years before and had found some wonderful bras there and was so excited about a shop closer to me. They are very crowded in their little space but the sales people know their stuff. I told them that I was wearing the wrong size bra and they immediately brought me bras that fit like a glove. On my last visit to them, I had one of the bras that had a wire poking me under the arm and my granddaughter had a strap break. This was about a month after we had purchased the bras and we went back to the shop with our problems and they sent the bras to be repaired at no cost to us - except for the trip to take them over and then the trip to pick them up. But we have had no further problems with the bras since. I highly recommend this place for those hard to fit people (large people or small people with large breasts) because they have the sizes you will need to be able to wear a bra for extended periods. Extended periods to me is anything over 2 hours - that used to be about all I could stand my other bras. I wear a 42H - try finding that in a department store! My wife recently had breast augmentation and liposuction. The required post operation garment from the Doctor?s office was very uncomfortable and restrictive. She needed advice from someone with superior product and a great understanding of her present condition. The owner and sales staff at La-De-Da Lingerie in Webster surpassed our expectation. We found them to be very warm, very courteous, and very helpful. They travel the world in search of the finest products. The owner?s product knowledge is unsurpassed. My bad experience happened about 7 months before the bad experience on 10/10/09. When I went they were still located in the tiny little space super over packed with merchandise. I made my way to that horrible congested area because of the rave reviews from a friend of mine. We got there at 4:30 and I was rushed through the process and quickly rushed out with 2 bra's (expensive bra's) I thought were perfect. I thought they were perfect because that's what the owner told me, that they were what I wanted. You get what you pay for and I expected to pay top dollar for quality, however, when I got home I realized, I was coming out of the bra over the top. Because I was so rushed, I didn't even have a chance to move around in them. So, back I went on Sunday to La De Da, they are closed. I should have called. I go back on a weekday and told them I was unhappy with what I had gotten and the service and ""attention"" that was supposed to be the selling point. I ended up leaving with 2 of the best bras EVER! I love them and will now order them online. Deciding to give them the benefit of the doubt, and knowing they had moved to a much bigger space, I wanted to take my mother for her birthday to get a couple nice bras. I thought that maybe my experience was not the norm.... Fighting the even worse traffic now, (the area is under construction), we get there nice and early on a saturday morning. The place is still over packed with merchandise and the owner swiftly takes my mom in the back, picks out bras to give to her, never asking my mom what she is looking for in a bra. This lady think she knows what people want without even asking and by the time you are rushed out, you ask yourself, what the hell just happened! In and out, fast fast fast!!! My mom walked out with 2 bras also around 200 bucks. Mom gets home and they are everything she does not like in a bra, but, didn't have time to get the feel of it in the store. I feel terrible that she has to drive all the way back. I feel terrible that the owner was in LA so the staff was completely unable to help my mom return them. Both still had the tags on them and were in the package. She wore one around her house to get the feel of it, she didn't jog in it! They refused to help her and issued her a credit to the store. Even with the tags still on. All I can say is, after two bad experiences with this place, there will not be a third. My mom tried to sell her credit to the store but ended up giving it to me because she was so mad at them. I'll spend the credit that's for sure, but will relay this story to anyone who will listen and will also make it known when I but some of their over priced panties. A friend of mine recommended La Di Da when I was complaining about not being able to find a comfortable nursing bra. I went in, was sized correctly, and left with a bra that felt like second skin! I wore it every day! It was a little pricey, but I would pay nearly any price for something that great. I went back after I was finished nursing by baby, and got resized, and have found yet another great bra. I couldn't believe what size i was! If you feel the need to be degraded and looked down on, this is the store for you. If you need a rude clerk to snap your head off, this is the store for you. If you like overpiced stuff, this this the store for you. If you like to be treated like garbage...indeed visit this store. Please don't miss out on the chance of a life time!!!! I was visiting from VIrginia and decided to stop in to get something for my wife. The service was great. I loved the bra and pantyies. Got home and it didn't fit. They exchanged it via mail and sent me the correct size (and also in my wife's favorite color). She absolutely loves the Le Mystere bra and pantyies. This is a very nicely lace-tooled bra (not underwire) which gives a great shape. The pantyies are a boy-short. My wife actually sleeps in them they are so comfortable. The ladies that waited on me and my daughter were very helpful in answering the questions that I asked.she took us in the fitting room and began to fit us for a bra.Then I asked for something to help look natural in my bra because I am a cup smaller on one side.When she came back,she gave me a pair of lifts to put in one of the cups,and I was very pleased with the way I looked and felt.
