La Brochette Bistro, as one can imagine, features many dishes cooked on their brochette in a neo-classical french style. The ambience is quite nice, especially considering its out of the way locale (a small strip mall in Cooper City). The service was very good, standard for a bistro of this category. The food was quite good but not extraordinary, and the list of specials was both extensive and tantalizing (cold jellyfish salad, seared pumpkin swordfish w/ raspberry chipotle sauce, etc). It is somewhat expensive (entrees $20-$30 each), but it is the best place for bistro style french food that I have come across in this area.
Pros: Quality cooking, Ambience
Cons: , Busy
