Our company has been in property management since 1991. We transferred our tenant screening service to Landlord Protection Service in 2010. Since we have been clients of Landlord Protection Services we have been extremely satisfied with the services they have provided. Their website is user friendly, the reports are thorough & timely. During the screening process the communication is excellent as we always are made aware of the status of the applicant. They provide up-to-date information on laws and RCW’s so that we are in compliance. more

Easy Screening Process - 100% recommended! 6/16/2011

Brink Property Management has used Landlord Protection Services for more than 10 years to handle our tenant applicant background checks. We are very satisfied with their services and would not hesitate to recommend them. They have an online reporting system which makes following the screening process very easy. The system also includes email reminders each time a report is updated. more
