LPS does an excellent job of screening tenants. Their reports are accurate and detailed, and their turnaround time is exceptional. The staff is always courteous, informative, and up to date of applicable regulations and laws. We use them to process all of our applications and refer LPS to landlords and real estate professionals without hesitation. As well as supplying a valuable service, they protect our business by providing verifiable compliance with Fair Housing and credit reporting laws and regulations. They make the Screening Process EASY 6/28/2011

Brink Property Management has used Landlord Protection Services for more than 10 years to handle our tenant applicant background checks. We are very satisfied with their services and would not hesitate to recommend them. They have an online reporting system which makes following the screening process very easy. I have worked with Landlord Protection Services for over 15 years and am very pleased with their services. LPS has a proven track record of processing rental applications timely, accurately and with care. They take the time to “get it right” and will research further anytime there is a questionable area, thus reducing property management nightmares and liability to the property owner.
