I LOVE L'image! I have had so many things made there and wish I hadn't framed several other prints that I could have done at L'image. I would highly recommend, especially for photos and modern styles of art. Check them out! It's unique, reasonable priced and turn out perfect every time. more

I want to thank L'Image for the excellent service over the years. I have had at least 70 pieces done ranging from large (53"" x 38"") to small (4"" x 6""). I even entrusted them with the hand prints of 4 of my cousins, one of which died in March 2009 because of an accident. Each piece has come out beautifully. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend L'Image to anyone that wants to preserve a print. Not only do they do fantastic work, they also have excellent customer service. more

Absolutely terrible. I implore anyone to stay away from this store. I ordered a print. Just one print. No bells and whistles. Just a print. I ordered it on Friday, February 13th. The cleck told me the orders are placed on Mondays. OK. So the order is placed Monday February 16th. I don't have a problem with this. No big deal. She proceeds to tell me that it would take 10-12 days to arrive at the store. I'm still OK with this knowing I am ordering a print. Just a print. Just one. I call them on Friday, February 27th, 10th BUSINESS DAY, no UPS shipment yet; I was told it would be after 5:00 p.m. After 5:00 p.m. the same day, I call her back, still no shipment. I call on Monday, March 2nd, after 5:00 p.m., STILL no shipment. On Tuesday, March 3rd, I still have no shipment, no order, no print. It's just one print. I call, again after 5:00 p.m. to make sure it doesn't interfere with UPS shipping, ""Oh, we get our UPS shipments on Thursdays after 5:00 p.m."" What a freakin' joke. What poor, unreliable, inefficient service. Pros: None. Cons: They WILL make you wait. more
