LD Automotive - Great guys with integrity 5/1/2014

First of all, I RARELY take the time to review anyone...I took my truck in because the check engine light was on and LD determined I had a bad coil. Replaced and all was well. Until it wasn't - turns out the new part was faulty. No questions asked these guys fixed my issue right away. And made me feel like a valued client. I recommend LD Automotive to everyone I speak with! more

On the road again 4/21/2014

Thanks again guys for all the hard work you did on my husbands truck. These guys hard to really work at it too. On Monday I brought the truck in with an UNGODLY squeal. (FYI the neighbors thank you so much) Then on Tuesday I was back with a new/old/different squeal. We had to get rid of one squeal to hear the next. Then Wednesday brought me back to the shop with yet another new/old/different/differnet squeal. Fun part of this story they where all different squeals. Well after all of this, they finally got it all sorted out and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg for all the work. Now we have a strangely quite truck and very grateful neighbors since my husband leaves work at 5:30am. more

Because they care about their customer and they provide excellent service like transportation to/from work, your car is done when they say it will be done and it's done correctly the first time. I like the warranty that is given on the service, too. more

Super 3/4/2014

Jake help me with my window, front wheel alignment and took the extra time to explain every detail that was done tom y vehicle. Due to the bad weather my daughter and I didn't have extra transportation to get something to eat, so Jake offer to take me and daughter to get something to eat. My overall experience was great. The guys over at LD Automotive are very polite and explained exactly what was wrong with my truck before fixing it. No nonsense... I have now had them change our my transmission and then again to change some smaller parts... Both times great service. more
