We've had several cars in over the years with this and that needing repaired and so far, it's been a great experience. Jake and Aaron are both very down to earth and their services are fairly priced. Also, as a woman, I've never felt like I was treated differently - catered to, taken advantage of price-wise or spoken to condescendingly...that's a plus in my book. I have recommended them to others.
