The customer service and the mechanics 6/27/2015

The customer service at L D is phenomenal. They treat each customer as if they were their only customer. The mechanics are trained and certified. I will only come to them as long as I live in Dallas. They are wonderful! more

I believe I have found my new mechanics 6/25/2015

Dropped off my truck in the morning, and they gave me a ride to work. They told me the truck would be done at the end of the day and when I pulled up at 5:30 I had new brakes, rotors, and front end alignment. All the guys were very professional and courteous and the price was half of what my previous mechanic was going to charge me. Truck ride like new. I will be happy to recommend this garage. Well done guys! more

Trust-worthy, Skilled Technicians, Prompt Service 6/25/2015

Brought my vehicle in after the engine completely shutdown. Was expecting a major problem and huge bill. The problem was discovered quickly, repaired within minutes, and the cost was minimal. Other mechanics try to upcharge and add-on unnecessary repairs. L D Automotive focuses on only the repairs that are required and not repairs for which they can overcharge. Skilled mechanics, quick turnaround, high integrity, great service! more

I do my own repairs unless special tools or equipment that I don't own are required. LD does this work for me. Honest shop with honest prices! I know cars and the car business. I would send my mother and have sent my daughter to these guys. Best shop around period!. more
