Brought my car in for a diagnostic, they were able to determine the issue with my vehicle in an hour, detailed for myself what the issue was and the work that needs done. Staff is very knowledgable about the work they do. Aaron and Jake are good guys and they are always willing to help out when I've come up there in the past. more

Brought in my king cab with weird electrical issues. Not only did I leave with a smaller bill than I expected, The ghosts and gremlins didn't come with me. Electrical problems are tough, but these guys are smarter. more

Honest 1/21/2015

During Christmas when this business was a little slower I brought my car in for a major repair. They found that it might not be beneficial to complete the job. They could have completed this job and left me with another major auto repair down the road instead they contacted me and allowed me the opportunity to not complete the job which they could have used this big job during their slower time. I really appreciate the honesty of these guys. They also spent time explaining things to me so I had all the facts I needed to make decisions concerning whether to repair the car or not. more

Alternator Fix 1/9/2015

My alternator went out. I had my truck towed to L D Automotive and they fixed it within a few hours. I've used them and referred them several times. The service and prices are very great. more

Mom and pop shop! 12/21/2014

After being jerked and over charged at the bigger companies I took a last minute chance with LD. I was honest with them about my old car and that I'm just looking to keep it going for a year or two or I junk it. They not only fixed what needed to be done, but gave me a list of what should be done next and were honest with me that it wasn't something that needed to done immediately like the other companies scared me into. They also took the time to listen to me and even rode with me to identify what it was I was talking about!! That's customer service: taking the time to listen. more

Quick and painless service 12/2/2014

Last year I purchased brand new tires for my car. Within 10 months I noticed fibers showing on the front passenger tire wall. I drive 8 miles a day and this made little sense. I found LD Automotive on Google and took it in. I told them my problem and they said it was most likely alignment and that some parts may be worn out. I asked them to call me if it was anything beyond the alignment. Two hours later the alignment is complete and nothing needs to be replaced. They were quick honest and exceptionally professional. I will be bringing all of my future car business here. more

Tune-up/Service question 11/28/2014

Following tune-up, van is running better than it has in a long, long time. Phone lines snafu caused delay in communications, but all is good. (Question: can you provide tire services? Today, I went to Discount Tire to have 2 new tires installed...they stripped (they claim this is an issue with Dodge/Chrysler products) 2 lug bolts...they instructed me to go to Brakes Plus to get this issue fixed, then come back to Discount Tire to complete tire installation/rotation. I'm somewhat miffed as this took up 4 hours of my day.) If I bought tires, could I bring them to you for balance, installation, rotation, etc.? more
