Soowon Galbi is the real thing. The waitstaff doesn't speak English, the menu is spottily translated, and the great majority of the clientele are Korean. A remodel a few years back spruced up the place a bit, but it's still got that brightly-lit linoleum ambiance (or lack thereof). The galbi is obviously the house specialty, although I actually prefer the bulgogi - both are perfectly marinated for you to cook at the table. The panchan are fresh, varied, and plentiful. I ask for some extra garlic to throw on the grill with the meat, wrap everything up in lettuce, and ohmygosh I'm drooling just thinking about it.
