Maybe I should have tethered the keys to my daughters wrist before I let her use the car. But she definitely found a way to lose them somewhere in between her friends house and the car! Worst part about that is that she parked like 20 feet from the front door! What a p.i.t.a. Good thing these guys were able to make a new key for her. Wish it wasn’t three hundred bucks though... more

My wife broke the house key the other day and I had to pay for it. (of course) But the people here were very happy to take care of the paperwork that needed to be filled out so we can get the job done. The service wasn’t too much either. These people know how to treat a customer right! Great job fellas! more

I’ve definitely thought about tearing the lock off of the door before. And I almost did when the key just kept spinning in a circle! I just couldn’t manage to rip it off the door! So i called these guys, the technician said that it could be repaired, I said HELL NO! He ended up replacing the whole lock. And I’m happy now. lol more

When I called up these guys, I had no idea what to expect. They came out and replaced all the locks. I still don’t know exactly how they did it so fast, but its all done! And they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. more

I figured that would be less of a pita than having to explain to the super why I needed a new window. But the service was fast and they were here in about an hour. I guess it was a small price to pay for a stupid mistake. But hey, I'm not perfect! more

They arrived within 2 hours of me calling the office, even though I did not have an emergency. He was very fast, efficient, personable and didn't mind answering any questions I had. I'll definitely use them again. more

good service 2/2/2011

I'm on the road a lot. So when I locked my keys in my rig, I needed someone to come by and let me in. The man that came by had to meet me at a truck stop and open up the door. In a business like mine, time is money and I have to say that this guy was fast. All together it was less than an hour and a half. Not so bad.. more
