I used to eat at Kyushu all the time about 10 years ago.. I stopped going when I moved away. Since moving back to the area, I finally had the craving and ordered some food to go...

Good Sushi, Sashimi and Maki. If you are new to raw fish, go ahead and order the excellently priced Chirashi for a good sampling. While your at it, impress the staff by ordering a heart healthy, and delicious bowl of Natto (Pronounced ""Knot, toe""). Pros: Ebi, Head sushi chef, Very Small Cons: Very Small more

Memories 9/9/2003

What with having been stationed in Japan. When ever I have been in Kyushu's, I have always felt like I was at home. Both, Ebi and the Ladies always make you feel welcomed, well taken care of and throughly spoiled. When you are there, and the regular commercial menu just doesn't sound good, just ask if there are other things that they make. You would be nicely surprised. Pros: Traditional, well worth the money, Family atmosphere Cons: crowded Fri & Sat, kind of costly, addictive more
