One of the best places for BBQ in the area, based on the food, but the customer service at Kyle's is terrible.
I've never dined in due to the size of the dining area, which is small and somewhat cramped; of the last 4 carry-out orders that I've placed; 2 have been incorrect. The first wrong order had a mix up of two hamburgers and the second one, which included a rib plate, was missing the ribs. My girlfriend was in a hurry and should have checked the rib order, but there were three Styrofoam containers in the bag, which we assumed were the two pork plates and the one rib plate that we ordered. When she got home and checked the containers, the pork plates were correct, but the rib plate just had the sides in it. My girlfriend called the restaurant to inform them of the error and they said to come back to have the order corrected. When she got to Kyle's and spoke with the lady at the counter, she tried to charge her for an additional order of ribs. She asked to speak to the manager and he basically did everything short of out-right accusing her of lying about the ribs missing from the order. The funny thing is; there was an order of ribs just sitting out in the kitchen that one of the waitresses said they couldn't figure out who they belonged to. Finally the manager realized that it was from our order and gave them to her, without so much as an apology.
