I am so pleased to have an authentic Cantonese Chinese restaurant in Des Moines that serves ""dim sum"" (appetizer style dishes to share with your fellow diners) on Sundays (10 AM to 2 PM): I do not need to go to a big metropolis like Chicago, New York or San Francisco in order to enjoy such a specialty. Variety is not as big as in a big city restaurant and the dishes have to be ordered from a menu instead of been picked from a rolling cart, but dishes come from the kitchen prepared to order, hot and without an unreasonable long wait.
Pros: Authentic Cantonese cuisine, specially Dim Sum on Sundays
Cons: Ambience is average
