I WENT IN TO GET MY CAR INSPECTED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH AND THEY GOT MY CAR IN AND OUT FASTER THAN I COULD DRINK MY CUP OF COFFEE! THE OWNER INFORMED ME THAT THEY HAVE 3 STATE INSPECTION MACHINES. FAST AND FRIENDLY SERVICE!!! more

After almost running over the car in front of me for the fourth time, I took my jeep to Kwik Kar convinced I needed new front brakes. The guys were great, they gave me a quote and I asked them to call me when they were done. Imagine my surprise when I got a call and they told me I didn't need new brakes but needed my brake fluid flushed. Saved me over $130!!! Suggested I slow down too!!!! THANKS KWIK CAR!!!! more

I have been using this business since moving here in 2006. Kwik Kar isn't the first oil change business I visited but it will be the last one. None of the other lube centers come close to the friendly service and attention to detail. The facility is clean, well maintained, and the staff is extremely efficient. Its a great place to take your car or truck to get it serviced and not have to worry about shoddy work and unpleasant employees. Kwik Kars competition would do well to go by and watch the team in action. They just might learn something. more

I have always changed my own oil but with my busy work schedule I have recently started going to KWIK KAR IN RED OAK . I was surprised with the QUICK service! They didn't try to over sell me anything and I left confident they took care of my truck just as I would have! I would refer all my family and friends! more

WOW!!!! WHAT GREAT SERVICE! I HAVE NEVER FELT COMFORTABLE COMING TO PLACES LIKE THIS. I ALWAYS FELT LIKE THEY TRY AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME BECAUSE I'M A WOMAN. BUT NOT KWIK KAR IN RED OAK! THE GUYS ARE SO HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY! I WAS BLOWN AWAY!!! THEY GREETED ME WITH FRIENDLY FACES AND EVEN OFFERED ME COFFEE AND A COLD BOTTLE OF WATER! THE CASHIER EVEN TURNED THE TV ON CARTOONS FOR MY SON! WHAT A WONDERFUL PLACE! THEY ALSO HAD ME IN AND OUT IN A ZIP! I WILL RECOMMEND KWIK KAR RED OAK TO ALL MY FRIENDS!!! My mother went to Kwik Kar Lube & Tune about 5 or so years ago and they stole her hazard light signal button and a little circut thing that kept her blinkers working. When we pulled in our blinkers worked, we waited a little over an hour for the oil change to get finnished then when we pulled out I noticed the blinker light in the dash wasn't working and told my mom. She took it to our mechanic the next day and he said that someone took a flathead screwdriver to the hazard light button, popped out what the guy needed, and put a cover on it so we wouldn't notice and for it to look like he hadn't done anything. My mom spent a a month and a half trying to get them to pay for it, they didn't return her phone calls for a month and since they're not a part of the Better Business Buearuo and we had no proff that it was them we couldn't do anything about it. finally about 6 weeks later they returned her phone call, appoligized for how long it took for them to return her call but the tapes in the shop get written over every 30 days so there's nothing they could do about it. I bought my first car about 6 months ago and will NEVER take it to them!!! Thankfully our mechanic, Scott, is INCREDIBLY AWSOME and since we had a really bad vehicle and had to take it to Scott every other week he knew we hadn't done it and replaced it for free. He wouldn't let my mother pay for those people's crap. It would've cost over $100 to fix. more

Our car hasn't seen any detailing in the past 3-4 years, and now that we're trying to sell it (which is in very good condition except for the dirt) I checked Citysearch, and found out Kwik Kar with good reviews... I dropped the car in the morning, got a warm and friendly welcome, and later got a ""brand new"" shining car. Thanks guys ... Great job! more

Just had my A/C serviced, and was pleasantly surprised.\r Very efficient employees and a clean and friendly waiting area.\r I would not hesitate in sending my wife or even my mother there for any services provided.\r It's good to find a service center that I can feel confident with and I will recommend them highly.\r \r Pros: Fast service and friendly people. more

Took my car in for and oil change and they overfilled it with two quarts of oil. I had to replace 2 coils and valve cover gasket. Will never take it there and will not recommend no one to use Kwik Kar. I even emailed the corporate company about the problem and never responded. The owner does not care at all and he only cares about making money and not good service. more
