i blew out my air filter one day and forgot to put it in dummy me. one month later my wife takes our suv to kwik kar of keller as we have the last eight years (other cars too) and get an oil change the next day heading to port out of galveston. our car was parked for a week and we drove home from our cruise.about 600miles is what we drove the next day i noticed some oilish looking droplets called kwik car said to bring it in before i did i checked the oil,.........it was barely on the O K mark. i put 4 quarts in and took it up there,he said it had a half quart too much, and the leak was transmission which i very quickly concluded they had only filled my oil to the O K mark. Around that time a good friend of mine also got her oil changed there, and her moter blew up, rods started knocking and well her car was a honda,if they are doing this to all ladies who don't check their oil when they leave, this could be a huge benefit saving one and a half to 3 quarts of oil to get it to the O K mark on each one they do this to. They are hurting people while they stuff the money anywhere but your oil pan. that is why we put our trust in the pro's but KWIK KAR OF KELLER has lost my trust,Valvoine on denton highway are very friendly,no upsaling and they show you the dip stick.THANKS KWIK KAR I LEARNED A VALUABLE LESSON.
