There are many reasons to recommend this auto care shop. First, the staff are very friendly, they explain any issues your car is having in a way you can understand. Second, this...

Worst

I had to wait a hour because they did not have my filter or my oil. And the shop smelled like pot.

Friendly place while you are waiting for your car to be serv 8/13/2009

After my last vist the two managers that assisted me from the time I walked thru the door until I left I did not just feel like a customer I felt like a family member, after the customer service that I experienced that day I will forever be using Kwik Kar at that location for all my car needs. I left there smiling , and I was in and out in 10 min, so I will tell all I know of the level of service that I got that day!! of all the places that I have used I will honestly say that I nver felt that way when I left -Thanks Kwik Kar Team!!!! This is just an encouragement for all of you hard-working team members at Kwik Kar. I've been coming there for years now & i have never had anything BUT fantastic service. i actually feel like a friend instead of a object of money. thank you so much team for all that you do! and all of your hard work. keep it up, it can only lead to fantastic things! Finally! A Decent Express Lube 8/2/2009

Went to this place on a referral of a musician friend at our writers club. Had been to several over the years with virtually no waiting room or one that was old and outdated and made me feel like I was in a ""grease shop."" This was far from that. First class operation and Thomas, the GM will bend over backwards waiting on you hand and foot. The rest of the team seemed in sync and on their game without being pushy to up sell. Many quick oil change places want to up sale you, but kwik kar does what you ask for and what you need. I have been using them for all my cars for years. Great and honest work on your vehicle and great prices 10/31/2008

I have been a customer of Kwik Kar since they opened a couple years ago. They are very honest, reasonable prices and I have never felt more comfortable about someone working on my car than Tommy and his crew at Kwik kar! I highly recomend Kwik Kar to all my friends. The owners are great people and very involved in the business and that is important. I've never seen a cleaner garage or nicer waiting area. Doak more

Worth the price... 2/23/2008

I thought I would never pay $37 for an oil change with so many coupons in the mail for $15.99 services. In addition, my dealer gave me free oil changes for the first 50k mi of my car. But I had to always make an appointment a week in advance and had to wait a half hr plus. After visiting Kwik Kar, I discovered what true, express service is. This place had a coffee bar and was the cleanest shop I have ever been in. The staff was nothing short of exceptional and everyone was smiling. My car left clean as a whislte and I felt confident that it was mechanically better off after the transmission flush. I will happily return and pay the xtra little bit for this level of service. Exceeded expectations 12/10/2007

After relaying my experience recently to Casey, the owner, he asked me if I would put in writing (for other customers) my feedback I gave him. I told him I would since I would want to know myself where best to take my car. So here I am. \r \r Bottom line...I felt an immediate trust in the establishment right when I pulled up and saw other customers out front speaking to the manager with a smile on their face. Thomas, the general manager went over and beyond by taking my 5 yr old daughter to the children room and put a DVD on for her while we waited. The place is extraordinarily clean and you can tell the employees are well trained. I was very impressed that they had a mission statement posted for all to see. They obviously had nothing to hide and was proud of the establishment. I've been to many of these express lube shops over the year but none as impressive as this one. Kudos to the management and what appears to be a smooth operation that caters to giving the customer an experience versus just a routine stop over for a dreadful but necessary service for our vehichles. This is not your average car care service center. The management is just so refreshing and amazing. The place looked like you could dine there it was so clean! Not your average car place for sure. The staff and atmosphere were warm, friendly and inviting. I'm so glad they opened and I'm sending all my friends and family there! Thank you Kwik kar! Nashville has needed you!!!
