okay, up until the night before Boot Camp was to start, I was tentative as to whether I would go... I quit smoking 18 months ago, and had put on weight... plus, I'm over 30 - okay, well, over 40 - and I knew that it only gets harder and harder to take it off. So add all of that to the fact that I'm not a morning person, and I would have laughed at you if you had told me I could hang in there for 6:30am sessions three days per week... but I have - and even more importantly, I love it.\r

Dustin and Kutting weight are a perfect combination - he's easy going, but he pushes you to push yourself. He doesn't scream at you, but he motivates you all of the way. And, the Kutting Weight suit helps me sweat more than I ever have in a workout. You literally feel cleansed in the process.\r

At 7:30a three days a week I feel a sense of accomplishment that I haven't felt in years. I'll be honest, I'm last in off the track... I can't do as much as probably all of the folks there... but I know that I'm doing more than I was just four short weeks ago - and I know that I feel better. Plus, this is such a great group of people, everyone cheers you on, helps you feel your progress, and motivates you to keep going.\r
