Great Bootcamp! 7/23/2009

Dustin's Kutting Weight Boot Camp has been a fantastic experience. I'm not a ""morning guy"", and haven't been an exercise guy for far too long, so I was a bit afraid to sign up initially. Here several weeks later, I'm actually looking forward to the early morning sweat sessions! Looking for a fun, effective and affordable exercise class? You found it! Kutting Weight: For EVERYONE 7/23/2009

I've tried motivating myself for the last five years to get off my butt and get in shape--thank goodness I found Dustin and Kutting Weight. He is so sweet and supportive--not the usual ""scary"" boot camp experience at all! After two weeks I already feel better--I can't wait to see five weeks' worth of results! The? people are great and vary tremendously in terms of ability, so you never feel insecure. I would recommend KW to athletes AND couch potatoes, who want a varied, challenging, fun workout. Pros: Supportive, Fun, Totally Worthwhile! Cons: the insects in the park. :) more

Build Stamina while melting fat!!! 7/23/2009

This boot camp is great. Every aspect is super professional - from the website, to the kutting weight suit (to help increase water loss via sweating), to the structure of the workouts, to the documentation on youtube....\r Dustin is awesome. His workout plan is so well structured. During the 1st 2-3 classes, he works you out, but it also measures your baseline condition. Then toward the end of the 5 weeks, he has you do the same workout to see the improvement from your initial scores \r \r I've gone to 7 classes of the 15 and I can already feel a difference in my stamina and see one in my physique. I have no doubt that I'll be in much better shape than prior. But he also makes the workouts fun. No one would doubt that it's pretty tough to make a 6:30am class, but by 7:15, I'm really glad that I made the effort....and I drive almost 30 miles to get to his class! \r \r You should check out the website, the youtube videos and check out the class live....you won't be sorry, especially when the weight falls off and people start noticing! ;) Pros: Great workout, organized, easy parking, only 3hrs/wk Cons: Distance from my home, limited hours more

Kutting Weight Bootcamp Rocks! 7/23/2009

okay, up until the night before Boot Camp was to start, I was tentative as to whether I would go... I quit smoking 18 months ago, and had put on weight... plus, I'm over 30 - okay, well, over 40 - and I knew that it only gets harder and harder to take it off. So add all of that to the fact that I'm not a morning person, and I would have laughed at you if you had told me I could hang in there for 6:30am sessions three days per week... but I have - and even more importantly, I love it.\r \r Dustin and Kutting weight are a perfect combination - he's easy going, but he pushes you to push yourself. He doesn't scream at you, but he motivates you all of the way. And, the Kutting Weight suit helps me sweat more than I ever have in a workout. You literally feel cleansed in the process.\r \r At 7:30a three days a week I feel a sense of accomplishment that I haven't felt in years. I'll be honest, I'm last in off the track... I can't do as much as probably all of the folks there... but I know that I'm doing more than I was just four short weeks ago - and I know that I feel better. Fun and kicks your butt! 7/23/2009

I have been attending Kutting Weight Boot Camp off and on since January and can't seem to break away. It's great to have a place where you can get a good workout at and not be enclosed in a metal box, aka the gym. During the cooler months, we wear the Kutting Weight suit, which makes you sweat like crazy! I love wearing the suit when I workout because afterward my skin is soft and has a certain glow to it from the humidity. What is most important about Kutting Weight are the results. The past three years I've been wanting to take bikini photos and have been putting it off. ""Oh...when I get in shape I will..."" I never felt more comfortable about my body until Kutting weight. March I took those bikini pictures and all my friends have been asking ever since, ""What have you been doing?"" I've been to other boot camps, but they weren't as friendly. Dustin at Kutting Weight doesn't bark at you, instead he encourages you to push yourself. The people in the classes are encouraging to each other as well. There's a real sense of community with the classes. Also, Kutting Weight has 3 different time slots available on Mon, Wed, and Friday. love it 7/23/2009

ok....let's be honest...getting up at 5.30 in the morning is not really blowing me away...I'm not getting up with a huge smile on my face...that's a fact... i really...i mean really ...had to overcome my laziness to do it. But i just love this bootcamp... it's very hard but very rewarding... I'm 5.7 and was always 130 pound and am now 115. I'm wearing shorts again...really short short ones, mini skirts etc... I like the people there, I don't feel like it's those people you normally see in the gym, that just seem to go there to show off. They are all pretty cool and they are all at the same level in the beginning, so it doesn't make you feel like a loser if you can't finish an exercise without a pause. Dustin (the trainer) is cool and always does different stuff so you never get bored. I always wanted to get back in shape, I was an athlete years ago, but often started and failed. This time I succeeded and I'm kinda proud I havent been skinny like this since I was ....uhm...15:-) Pros: fast results, fun, great people, great motivation Cons: getting up early more

BEST BOOTCAMP EVER! 7/20/2009

I never thought there would come the day that I would pay money to get up at the break of dawn, and go exercise. It has happened, and I am shocked at how much I enjoy doing it! I HATE exercising, but Dustin and the Kutting Weight team are very supportive and have made me feel good about my exercising, no matter how many reps I do (or don't!). The suit is great--it makes me sweat so much, and I feel like I'm actually getting a workout. At first I thought I'd be skipping classes, but now I can't imagine my week without it! Pros: Great workout with a friendly trainer Cons: You sweat. But that's not really a con! more

SO much fun!! 7/18/2009

Yesterday I saw a friend I haven't seen in a while, and she said, ""Wow- look at your arms!"" I have definition and muscle tone for the first time ever. This bootcamp is no joke, for sure. It kicks my butt 3 days a week, and I love it! It's fun, the instructors are supportive, and they are VERY nice. No drill sergeant tactics here. They encourage you to push yourself, and make every day feel like an incredible accomplishment. I would recommend this bootcamp to anyone- younger, older, thinner, heavier. If you have the motivation and the drive, you will see results! Pros: Inexpensive Visible Results more
