As a Surgeon and a business owner, you try your best to make each of your clients happy. Unfortunately, the reality is it's impossible to be in business for over 30 years and not have a client who is dissatisfied. Many other providers have been through this same experience. The other reality is there are some clients who will try at all costs to ruin a provider's reputation if they feel a provider should do a procedure on them no matter the risk or the result. I have always tried to resolve any issue quickly and to the benefit of my clients even if it means a second surgery at my cost. However I cannot in good conscience do a procedure I do not feel the patient will be happy with or puts the client at risk. The recent flurry of negative comments are generated by one person who is simply trying to ruin my reputation. This was a threat they made to me and my office staff after being refused treatment. I still stand by my decision even more so now than ever. If you read all of my reviews you will find the timeline is the same with all of the negative postings no matter which site they were posted on. I want to thank my many, many loyal clients who have come to my defense by posting comments regarding their actual experience with myself and my office.
